1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Hirleo ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Hirleo is an AI-powered hiring and applicant tracking platform that provides tools for organisations to post jobs, manage applications, and conduct AI-assisted interviews, and for candidates to apply for jobs, practise mock interviews, and have their CVs analysed.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or profiles.
• Use the platform to spam, harass, or harm other users.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Share your account credentials with third parties.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• Certain features require a paid subscription (Candidate Pro or Pro Plus).
• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Prices are displayed in USD or AED depending on your selected region.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology on Hirleo is owned by or licensed to Hirleo. You retain ownership of content you submit (CVs, job descriptions, etc.) but grant Hirleo a licence to use it to operate the platform.

7. AI-Generated Content

Hirleo uses artificial intelligence to assist with candidate screening, interview scoring, and CV analysis. AI outputs are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. Hirleo does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated assessments.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hirleo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including hiring decisions made based on platform outputs.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without notice. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
