Product Designer (UX/UI)

Hirleo is hiring a Product Designer to craft world-class experiences for our ATS platform. You will work closely with engineering and product to design flows from scratch. **Responsibilities** - Own the end-to-end design process: research, wireframes, prototypes, and final specs - Run user research sessions and synthesise findings into actionable insights - Create and maintain the Hirleo design system in Figma - Collaborate with engineers during implementation **Requirements** - 3+ years of product design experience (B2B SaaS preferred) - Expert-level Figma skills - Strong understanding of accessibility and responsive design - Portfolio demonstrating shipped products
