Senior Full-Stack Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our product engineering team at Hirleo. You will own end-to-end feature delivery — from React frontends to NestJS APIs and MongoDB data models. **Responsibilities** - Design and implement scalable web applications using React/Next.js and Node.js/NestJS - Lead technical architecture discussions and code reviews - Collaborate with product and design to ship high-quality features - Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices **Requirements** - 4+ years of experience in full-stack development - Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node.js - Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL or similar - Strong understanding of REST API design and microservices - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
